Constant force guarantees:
1. If the product and its accessories (accessories) are used and maintained in accordance with the seller’s instructions and/or recommendations, the product and its accessories will not be used within two (2) years from the date of shipment of the instrument. There are mechanical failures or manufacturing process (quality) defects. The warranty period will not exceed 2 years and 3 months from the date of manufacture.
2. If the repair or modification of this product and its accessories is not carried out by Honly’s own personnel or its authorized (designated) personnel, or if the claim for this product is due to the (user)’s substance of the product Caused by the abuse or misuse of the above, the seller will be exempted from its responsibility in this guarantee. Any agent, employee or representative of the buyer has no right to force the seller to assume any claims, requirements or guarantees for the goods sold under this contract.
3. This guarantee replaces all other express, implicit or statutory guarantees, and should be strictly limited to the terms herein. The seller expressly denies any warranty of the marketability and suitability for a specific purpose.
